  • Carl: "So we need.. so for products, we've consciously taken a fast follower strategy, which means we never create a new category, at least not now. When we're so weak, we let other people try new things. We'll let them waste time. Waste money, and maybe they are successful. That's fine. They create the category and we find the loophole or the..the opportunity in the category that other people have created. And we wedge ourselves in with a differentiated approach where we see opportunity.
